Day 46 - Trying to be good

I'm trying to be very good this week because I have a poker night on Friday night and I'm out of town for a beer festival on Saturday. So, I expect the weekend to be a writeoff in terms of weight loss. Therefore, I'm trying to get ahead of the game by losing some this week and hopefully balancing things out for next weeks weigh-in.

Fortunately I've been able to stick with it this week. I had another good day today food wise and I even got a little workout in this evening.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Chicken breast strips (Shake N Bake)
- Stove top stuffing
- Rice
- Corn
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Water
- 2 hard candies



Workout:
- chest/arms workout (pushups & tricep dips)

  2. William I'm not sure how I never found my way here before I'm usually pretty good about posting back to people that comment on my blog. Anyway, I'm sorry I never did and just want to say way to go on your great progress since April. You're doing terrific. Hope you have a great week and a great time at your poker game and beer festival.
