Day 33 - Still under the weather

Just can't seem to shake this cold. Another day pumping the cold medication, so no workout again tonight. I ate pretty good though, except I had a bit too much pasta at dinner. I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow... fingers crossed.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Bowl of cereal
- Fruit bowl
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Chicken medaglioni with cheese (large portion)
- Garlic bread with cheese
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Water
- 2 hard candies



Workout:
- None
