Day 43 - Decent day today... hoping for a decent weigh-in tomorrow

Well, the week started out rough with some birthday celebrations, but I think it ended alright. My food was pretty good this weekend and I've got some pretty good exercise in as well. Hopefully I have a good loss tomorrow... fingers crossed.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Lasagna
- Garlic bread
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Freshed baked rye bread with butter
- Water



Supper:
- Maccaronni & cheese
- Freshed baked rye bread with butter
- Water
- Pudding cup



Evening Snack:
- Water
- 3 hard candies



Workout:
- none
