Day 42 - Good day... and now I'm tired

Well, I had a good day today. Food was decent, snacking was under control and I got a heck of a workout. Three hours of pushing a lawn mower did me in... I'm exhausted and heading to bed early.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Egg on whole wheat toast (X2)
- Mixed berries in yogurt
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Ham & cheese sandwich
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- None



Supper:
- Lasagna
- Garlic bread
- Milk
- Chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting (1 piece)



Evening Snack:
- Water
- 2 hard candies



Workout:
- 3 hours of mowing

  1. A push lawnmower -- about the same price as other at home gyms, but you get a well manicured lawn too. :-)
