Day 24 - Back on track

Pretty good day today eating wise. Pancakes for breakfast aren't the greatest, but my daughter asked for them so I had to join her. I didn't put chocolate chips in them, so that saved me a ton of calories. I think I may give the treadmill a try tomorrow. Although I'll likely start out pretty light.

Stay tuned for my weekly weigh-in tomorrow as well as my monthly photos. My week was pretty good (until yesterday), so I'm hoping I'll have a few pounds lots... we'll see :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Pancakes
- Orange juice
- Coffee (X2)



Lunch:
- Beef soup
- Soda crackers
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- None



Supper:
- Spagetti with meat sauce
- Baguette
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Coffee
- Diet coke
- 2 hard candies



Workout:
- None (still resting my back... although I think I'm almost ready to get back on the treadmill)

  1. Glad your back is feeling better. It's hard when our family wants yummy food. This last family dinner at my mother's, I was able to eat what I wanted (which was not much) and not get grief about it because sidekick-6 and I were sharing a plate. And no one was the wiser.

    But sometimes making yummy food for my sidekicks is really difficult. I don't want to deprive them or skew their food sensibilities.
