Week 4 weigh in with photos
Well, I did end up having a great week, even with the free day on Saturday. I'm down to 300.4, which is a loss of 3.4 pounds. I'm so close to breaking that 300 pound mark I can taste it... perhaps a few less slices of pizza on Saturday and I would be under 300 today. Oh well... that's a good goal for next week I guess.

Next weigh in is the BIG one!!! Under 300 for sure. You can do it. It's hard posting those pics, isn't it? Let is be a reminder of who you were..not who you are.

It seems like it took a little bit, even with pretty respectable losses, for me to notice a difference. Just keep at it. The noticeable time will come.
