I'd guess that I'm down a couple pounds given that my food intake has been really good this week. And since I know I'm going to have an off weekend I think I'm going to do a mid-week weigh in tomorrow. I'd be interested in knowing how much I've lost this week and how much I put back on after a bad weekend. Fingers crossed I'm actually down a few tomorrow.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Strawberry yogurt
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Chicken breast strips (Shake N Bake)
- Rice
- Orange
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Water
Supper:
- Spaghetti (a single plate... yeay!)
- Garlic bread
- Water
Evening Snack:
- Water
- 2 hard candies
Workout:
- Over 1 hour of heavy yard work (digging, etc)
