So again no workout and I'm just trying to keep the food under control so hopefully maintain my loss this week.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Bowl of cereal
- Fruit bowl
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Chicken medaglioni with cheese (large portion)
- Garlic bread with cheese
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Shredded rottiserie chicken
- Pork chop
- Rice
- Ceasar salad
- Chocolate milk
Evening Snack:
- Water
- 3 hard candies
Workout:
- None
