Here's my daily update from yesterday... better late than never I guess. I had another good day in terms of food. Being back in the office seems to help me keep on track (I was out on parental leave for 7 weeks until this week). I think the structure of a daily routine is helpful to me. I had good meals again and the snacking was under control. No workout as I should have done some strength training, but I"m going to wait till next week to start that up again. All in all, not a bad day.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Bowl of cereal
- Fruit cup
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Smart ones frozen dinner
- Tangerine
- Yogurt cup
- Fruit crisp
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Pork loin
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Baguette
- Water
Evening Snack:
- Water
- 1 hard candy
Workout:
- none
I got a buddy that lives on Vancouver Island and he got a bunch of paternal leave too...I am jealous. i had to take a weeks worth of vacation for each of my two kids...being back at work will probably help you get into a normal routine.
