Today wasn't great food wise, although it could have been worse. I was able to snack on pretzels instead of chips while playing poker, so that was good. Unfortunately, I ordered a pizza on the way home from work as I was in a hurry to get back out of the house. Also, there wasn't any workout today... so as expected, the weekend is off to a rough start health wise.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Strawberry yogurt
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Spaghetti
- Orange
- Special K bar
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Water
Supper:
- Pizza (4 slices)
- Garlic cheese fingers
- Diet coke
Evening Snack:
- Beer (X6)
- Pretzels
Workout:
- None today
Great job on your WI this week! Also, the beginning/middle of your day look great foodwise, so even though you may have overindulged at night you didn't let that ruin the rest of your day. That's half the battle, keep it up!
