Day 39 - Not a good day food wise

Well, today wasn't a very good day in terms of what I ate. We were out to a great restaurant for dinner tonight to celebrate my wifes birthday. It was so bad, I'm going to go ahead and consider today my cheat day. I typically do that on a weekend because I find weekends are difficult, but I'm going to make an exception this week. I guess that means I'll have to try and be good this coming weekend.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Bowl of cereal
- Melon
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Pizza (1 slice)
- Chicken noodle soup
- Soda crackers
- Special K fruit crisps
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- none



Supper:
- Baked brie appitizer
- 12 oz strip steak
- Parmesan mashed potatoes
- Carrots
- Rolls (X3)
- 20 oz beer
- Carrot cake (1 piece)



Evening Snack:
- Chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting (1 piece)
- 2 hard candies
- Water
