Day 240 - Feeling better... whole new week

My cold is almost gone and I'm feeling much better now. Still a bit tired, but much better. And I was able to start this week off with a great day. Good portions, limited snacking this evening and good food throughout the day, makes for a great start to the week.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Chicken breast
- Corn
- Rice
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Sheppards pie
- Peas
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X4)
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None
