Day 236 - In a funk

This cold has really gotten me in a funk. I've pretty much thrown my diet out the window. I wish I hadn't (after snacking), but I just don't feel like I have the motivation to stick with my food plan. I'm hopeful that once I feel better (which is soon I hope), I can get back on track. I'm sure this evening snacking is packing on the pounds...

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Melon & cantaloup
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Deep fried fish (3 peices)
- French fries
- Diet coke



Afternoon snack:
- Apple



Supper:
- Baked fish sticks (3 peices)
- French fries
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Chips (large bag)
- Chocolate covered almonds
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None
