It's been a rough weekend this weekend. We were in town around dinner time and decided to bring something home rather than cook once we got here. After going over the various options, we decided on some KFC. Wasn't the best choice, but I thought I could just eat a couple peices. Unfortunately, those couple peices turned into far too many peices and I've fealt very blah tonight. I'm really not expecting big things from tomorrow's weigh in after having such a rough weekend. We'll see how it goes.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Chicken ceasar salad
- Grilled cheese sandwich
- Diet coke
Afternoon snack:
- Coffee
- Hard candy (x1)
Supper:
- KFC chicken (too many peices)
- Fries with gravy
- Diet coke
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X2)
