My food was pretty good today. No snacking, good portions and healthy options made today a success in that department. I did have a cinnomin roll tonight, but I figure a little dessert on occasion is far from the worst thing I can do.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Penne with meat sauce
- Chocolate milk
- Coffee
- cinnamon bun
Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X2)
- Water
Workout:
- 2.5 mile walk/jog
I cant walk after I eat- I get bad pains too. Live & learn right? lol
