- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Hamburger w/ cheese (X2)
- Beer
- Coffee
- cinnamon bun
Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X3)
- Scotch
- Water
Workout:
- None
You menu did seem that bad...I think if you had gotten the workout in, your day would have been pretty good.
