I didn't get a workout in tonight. I was planning on going out for some more yard work tonight, but it was just so hot I decided to pass. Hopefully it'll be a bit cooler tomorrow and I can get back out there. I did however have a pretty good day food-wise. Good food, good portion sizes and no snacking all adds up to a great day.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Ham & cheese sandwich
- Yogurt cup with berries
- Coffee
Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Water
Supper:
- Hamburger with cheese
- Rice
- Corn
- Diet coke
- Coffee
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X3)
Workout:
- None
