I was planning on getting on the treadmill tonight, however, after dinner we decided to go out for a walk with the kids. And after the kids went to bed I really didn't feel up to exercising. I know, I know, sounds like a lot of excuses... which they are. I am planning on making up the exercise tomorrow however. Other than that, I did have a decent day food wise. Dinner was take out, but the choices were reasonable.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Ham & cheese sandwich
- Yogurt with berries
- Coffee
Afternoon snack:
- Banana
Supper:
- Potatoe & cheese perogies (X4)
- Chicken soup
- Chicken sandwich
- Diet coke
Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X2)
- Water
Workout:
- None
You could count your walk with the family as exercise! Every little bit helps, it's not like you were sitting on the couch! :)
