Today wasn't a great day health wise, but I had a great Canada Day none the less. This morning my family and I went to the park and I had a little swim with my daughter... good times. This afternoon (after the kids nap) we went to a BBQ and had some good food and drink with some friends and their families. The food wasn't the healthiest and I didn't get a workout in today, but it really was a great day. Hope everyone else had a great day too.

Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Chili
- Roll (X2)
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- None
Supper:
- Slider burger (X3)
- Hot dog
- Meatballs
- Chips
- Cupcake
- Beers (X too many)
Evening Snack:
- Chocolate chip cookie (X2)
- Coffee
Workout:
- None
