I had another really good day today. My food was really good again today, with reasonable portions and no snacking. I also got another workout in today as I spent another hour working in the yard tonight. I've got a lot of yard work to do, so it's a great opportunity to get a good workout in and get some work done at the same time. All in all, today was another really great day in the weight loss department.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Hamburger
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Steak
- Pork & veggie kabob
- Corn
- Potatoe
- Diet coke
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Diet coke
- Hard candies (X1)
Workout:
- 1 hour of yard work
High 5 on the good day! :) WHOOHOOO!
