Well, day 100 of my journey turned out to be a pretty good day. I had some good food, with decent portions and minimal snacking. Unfortunately I didn't get a workout in today. I was planning on doing some yard work tonight, however, after dinner we got some rain, so that didn't happen. And since I had already eaten dinner, I didn't get on the treadmill either. I know, I know... sounds like excuses, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it :-)
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K bar
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Spagetti with meat sauce
- Water
- Coffee
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X3)
Workout:
- none
