As I expected, I ended up with a gain last week. I'm now at 262.6. Surprisingly, I only gained 1.4 pounds. I thought I had a worse week than that. Obviously, I'm not thrilled with a gain, but I'm a bit releaved that it wasn't 5 pounds or something.
Well, I'm hoping that I can have a great week this week and drop, not only that 1.4 pounds, but also the 1.2 pounds that was keeping me in the 260s. So, goal for next week is 250s... we'll see how it goes.
