I had a really good day today all around. My food was pretty good and I got a really good workout in tonight. I struggled with portions a bit this morning, but I think I made up for it at lunch by skipping my typical Special K mocha bar. Also, we had frozen pizza for dinner (I know, not the best dinner) but I was able to keep the portions to a reasonable amount... very proud of that.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Begal with lite cream cheese
- Cereal (a bit too much)
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple
Supper:
- Frozen pizza (4 small slices)
- Diet coke
- Coffee
Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Beer
- Water
Workout:
- 1 hour of hockey
