Breakfast:

- Beef Gordita
- Fries Supreme
- Diet coke
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Pasta with tomato sauce
- Roll (X2)
- Milk
- Coffee
Evening Snack:
- Water
Workout:
- Hour of hockey
Still sounds like a decent day, even with the Taco Bell. I imagine that an hour of hockey is a good workout. Always moving. Have a good weekend.
