Today wasn't too bad. I had a good breakfast, a good lunch, a good snack... but the evening was a different story. Tonight was the annual spirits festival (aka Scotchfest). It was a great time... except my head is still pounding. Although rushing out the door and scarfing down a few peices of pizza only to drink all night is probably not ideal in terms of weight loss. Oh well... it was a good time and only happens once a year.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K nut bar
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Frozen pizza (3 slices)
- Water
Evening Snack:
- Oh dear... don't go there :-)
Workout:
- None
