Like Raegun, I just can't have junk in the house. I think about it constantly until it's gone. Some of the chocolate carmel nut clusters where left over from last night and I ended up eating some this afternoon and more tonight. Add to that, I was home this afternoon and had a lunch of leftovers (not very healthy) and a pizza dinner... it was all in all just a terrible day food wise.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Melon
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Lasagna
- Penne with meat sauce
- Diet coke
Afternoon snack:
- Chocolate carmel nut clusters (X2)
Supper:
- Breadsticks with cheese
- Pepperoni pizza (4 slices)
- Diet coke
Evening Snack:
- Chocolate carmel nut clusters (X4)
- Hard candies (X3)
- Diet coke
Workout:
- None
