Wow, my weigh in this morning was a huge loss. The scale read 262.6, which is a loss of 6.4 pounds from last week. Perhaps I was carrying a lot of 'water weight' last week or something. I don't claim to completely understand how the body works, but even though I had a pretty good week, I can't imaging losing almost a pound a day of fat. There must have been something else at play. Regardless, I'm back on track and heading in the right direction... horray!!!
