Here's another update that's a day late. My Saturday was really an off day yesterday. My food intake just wasn't very good, and being a day after a 5K, I didn't have any workout. My meals weren't very balanced and I ate at really unusual times of the day, so overall I think I overate for the whole day. Plus, I was out again last night, so I had a few beers, which tends to pack on the calories quickly. Hopefully these past two days don't cause a gain for my weigh in tomorrow.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Pancakes
- Lite syrup
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Early Lunch:
- Southwest chicken soup
- Soda crackers
- 1 chocolate chip cookie
- Diet coke
Afternoon snack:
- Maple & brown sugar instant oatmeal (1 pack)
- Marble cheese
- Diet coke
- Cofee
Supper:
- Frozen pizza (2 large slices)
- Diet coke
Evening Snack:
- Beers (X3)
Workout:
- none
I had a sucky, overeating, weekend aswell :(
