I had a good day today in the food department. Although I had a bigger lunch than usual, so I skipped my afternoon snack. I'm also trying to keep dinners at a single plate of food, so now I'm starving. I'm hoping my body can get used to eating a little less food than usual, but it's not a fun process to go through. The food that I did eat today was pretty good, so I'm happy about that. I didn't get any physical activity in today however, so that wasn't great. I've got to figure out what I should be doing on days in between my jogs... any suggestions?
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Turkey chili
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- None
Supper:
- Chicken breast
- Brown rice
- Peas
- Water
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candies (X3)
Workout:
- None
Training the stomach is difficult, but totally doable. I know that you can do it. After a while, you'll be surprised at the difference between before and after.

Eats look good- whenever I feel like something might not fill me up I always bulk up my dinner with extra veggies. Does the trick every time!
