- Chocolate Milk
Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt with berries
Supper:
- Spagetti with meat sauce
- Chocolate milk
Evening Snack:
- 5 hard candies
- Jello pudding cup
- Diet Coke
Workout:
- leg workout (squats, lunges & calf raises)
