Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Everything Begal with lite cream cheese
- Cream of wheat hot cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee (X2)
Lunch:
- Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
- Soda crackers
- Chocolate Milk
Afternoon snack:
- Red pepper risotto
- Craft dinner macaroni
- Chocolate Milk
Supper:
- 3 hot dogs
- Beer
Evening Snack:
- 3 hard candies
- Water
Workout:
- 1 mile walk
AS long as you are doing better than before, it's still a positive in my book. Keep up the good work, William, and you will get there.
