The weigh in this morning was disappointing, but not surprising. I'm at 263.6, which is a gain of 1.6 pounds. I know I can't expect to eat the way I used to and still lose weight. I don't really have much to say about my gain last week, other than it's a bit embarrassing. I'm going to get right back on track this week and lose that 1.6 pounds and then some.
This is a hard lesson to learn, but a valuable one. Unfortunately, I still haven't fully learned this myself.
