I struggled a bit today with food. I was in some training today and they ordered in lunch and it happened to be pizza... my arch nemisis. And tonight we had some snacks laying around the house and I tried to avoid them, but I ended up cracking and dipped into the chips a bit. So, it really wasn't a great way to start off the weekend. Here's hoping it gets better from here on in.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Cantaloup
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Pizza (4 slices)
- Five alive juice
Afternoon snack:
- None
Supper:
- Enchilada soup
- Beef Tacos (X4)
- Sparkling lemonade
Evening Snack:
- Diet coke
- Chips (1/2 large bag)
Workout:
- None
