Seems like my blog update should just read 'ditto' every day this week. Another decent food day, with no workout. Hate to keep blaming the weather, but it was another 40 degree day today (with the humidex), so I'm not going to start up a treadmill routine in that kind of heat. I guess there's good news and bad news. Good news is that the heat is supposed to start to break tomorrow, however, the bad news is that there's a hurricane coming the day after. Hopefully we don't get it too bad, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- 1/2 Begal with lite cream cheese
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Rice bowl with chicken, beef & veggies
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Banana
Supper:
- Turkey pepperoni pizza
- Granola bar
- 1/3 ice cream sandwich
- Coffee
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X2)
Workout:
- None
Then, congrats on keeping your food low, while you aren't working out. I wish you the best and hope that the hurricane avoids you.
