I really felt that I struggled this past week, however, I was plesantly surprised by scale this morning. I'm now at 262.0, which is a loss of 3 pounds and I'm thrilled with that result. I guess those small decisions I made throughout the week really paid off (ie: Baked chips when I did snack, etc). With the junk food being out of the house for the most part now, I'm hoping that this week will be even better than last. Although I'd be thrilled with another 3 pound week too.
Here are some photos I took this morning. I missed last months photos, so it's been a while since I posted them. Seeing pictures like this remind me of how far I have yet to go, but they also remind me how far I've come. I've got a lot of work left to do, but I'm well on my way.
