Whew... the scale wasn't as bad as I feared this morning. I weighed in at 266.8, which is a loss of 2 pounds. Guess my pre-weekend week was even better than I thought last week. I'm definitely happy to see a loss this morning instead of a gain.
I feel a bit odd celebrating a weight loss victory after the weekend I just had, but that 2 pound loss brings me down to 46.8 pounds lost, which is exactly 1/2 my goal. So... yeay, I'm half way there. Virtual high fives all around.

Great job, keep up the good work! It's proof that weight loss doesn't just hinge on one or two days of eating, but our efforts over the course of a longer period of time!
