I really don't understand my body sometimes. Sometimes I'll have a great week and gain weight (or lose very little). Other times I'll have a bad week and still lose weight. Fortunately, that was the case last week. I don't think I had a very good week, but I still managed a loss. The scale read 263.0 this morning, which is a loss of 1.6 pounds. Coming up on Christmas, I'll definitely take whatever loss I can, so I'm happy with that (even if I don't understand it).
I know... isn't this just the damnedest thing sometimes. Sometimes I can eat very well and gain. Then sometimes I will eat poorly (read wings and beer) and lose some weight.
