Well... let's just call last week "the week that wasn't". It had to be the worst week I've had over the past 35 weeks. It's easy to blame my cold... but really it boils down to getting back into my pre-diet habits. Those habits that pushed me over 300 pounds.
I have decided to not have my old mentality of 'now my diet is broken, so it's all over'. I am re-devoting myself to good eating as of today. This is a whole new week... so let's see where it'll take me.
As for my weigh-in, I was surprised to see that I didn't gain 5 pounds. My weigh in was 264.6, which is a gain of 2 pounds. Obviously not happy with a gain, but as least I should be able to erase that gain this week... fingers crossed.
