Week 36 weigh in

I really don't understand my body sometimes. Sometimes I'll have a great week and gain weight (or lose very little). Other times I'll have a bad week and still lose weight. Fortunately, that was the case last week. I don't think I had a very good week, but I still managed a loss. The scale read 263.0 this morning, which is a loss of 1.6 pounds. Coming up on Christmas, I'll definitely take whatever loss I can, so I'm happy with that (even if I don't understand it).

Days 245 & 246 - Terrible weekend

I had a really bad weekend with respect to food. It was a great weekend other than that, but food was really not good. There were a lot of restaurants on Saturday and Sunday night ended up being a movie night, which of course included some snacks. I'm expecting to have to pay the price on the scale Monday.

Day 244 - Yet again, good day & bad night

I had another day where my food was good until the evening. Didn't have the greatest dinner and I did get into some snacks this evening. I've got to figure out why I struggle so much in the evening, when I can do so good throughout the day.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Bear claw pastry
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Granola bar
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- KFC Chicken sandwich
- Fries
- Diet coke
- Christmas cookies (X3)



Evening Snack:
- M&Ms
- Christmas cookies (X2)
- Water



Workout:
- None
