My food today wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't bad. I did have dessert at lunch and pizza for dinner, but I also spent a few hours in the yard today doing some yard work. So again I have a tradeoff. Just OK in the food department, but I did get some exercise in, so I guess to day another OK day.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Instant Oatmeal
- Begal with cream cheese
- Orange juice
- Coffee
Lunch:
- Grilled cheese sandwich (X2)
- Diet coke
- Fudge
Afternoon snack:
- none
Supper:
- Pizza
- Beer
Evening Snack:
- Diet coke
Workout:
- A few hours of yard work
